Vastu Case - Stuck Property Sold, Debts got Cleared

A very simple man approached me with a damn sad face and tears in his eyes. 

I asked him the reasons for his sadness. He said, I have a land which I want to sell off because I am having debts which are similar to the cost of that land and I am tired of paying the interests of these debts now. 

Can you please help me by providing Vastu Solutions for selling my property so that I can repay my debts and lead a stress free life?

I told him that we need to discuss everything in detail with scaled layout plans of your home and then I can provide solutions.

The meeting got fixed.

In the meeting, the client told me that he had constructed his home as per Vastu only but he is not getting any positive results.

When I checked his plans, there was a Toilet in North direction, the direction of opportunities, one in West direction, the direction of Fulfilment and the Client was sleeping in SouthSouthWest direction which is the direction of Disposal.

The client was facing every problem related to these imbalances - No Opportunities, No Gains and on top of that, a Burden of Debts.

Vastu For Slope of Building

Dear Readers, you might have heard about deciding the slope of any building at the time of its construction. Slope of a building plays pa crucial role in Vastu Shastra. Wrong slope in any building fill it with negative energies.

What is a Slope and Why it is created? A slope is a slant added in a building for creating the flow of water in a particular direction. Technically or Architecturally speaking, a slope is created to decide the flow of water in a particular direction for drainage to avoid its accumulation in any particular area.

In Vastu Shastra, any object or any other thing which is in Flow is Water Element. When a slope is created in any particular building at the time of its construction, a continuous flow of energy is created from one direction to another. The flow of Energy has the properties of Water element therefore it should be created in directions which are friendly with Water Element.

Therefore, a slope of a building can be made in North to East direction depending upon the requirements. For example - if the building is on North South axis, the energies of North are already on higher side and slope should be created in East to balance the level of energies.

Similarly, if the building is being built on East West axis, slope should be created in North direction.

If you are facing problems related to lack of fame, insomnia or relaxation, check if your home is having slope on the southern side of your building.

Vastu Remedies for Debt Free Life

Dear Readers, in this blog I’ll be sharing the Vastu Solutions and Remedies for a debt free and peaceful life. A debt is a situation in which someone owes an X amount of money from you and also charges interest on monthly basis at certain rate of interest in lieu of that money till that money is fully repaid. 

Now, it totally depends on your earnings whether you’ll be able to repay your debt or not. If your earnings can cover your household expenses along with the monthly installment of interest, then you are in a position to carry the debt but to repay it, you need to earn a little extra. The extra amount apart from your household expenses and monthly debt installment can also be extracted from your daily expenses by minimizing them and also by increasing your savings. Another case would be by increasing your gains which will happen by increasing your turnover like more sales, more profit. 

Now, according to vastu shastra, let us have a look which vastu defects are the reasons for debts in an individual’s life. In various vastu case studies of people with heavy debts, the following vastu defects have been observed –

·       Head of the family sleeping in SouthSouthWest direction, the direction of Disposal and Wastage.

·       S5 or S6 Entrance of Home or Office. This is the entrance from South direction and causes poverty and debts.
