Vastu Remedies Helped Client in Getting Desired Government Job

In this Vastu Case Study, I will be sharing how Vastu remedies helped Mr. Ajay in getting the desired government job that he was trying for since one and a half year.

Mr. Ajay got my reference from one of existing client. When he approached me, the problems that he described were as follows.

Problems

1. Unable to clear exams after full on preparations and 3 attempts were already made by him.

He also told me about his bad luck that when he made the 2nd attempt for UPSC, he cleared it but the result got cancelled because the papers got leaked.

2. He was going through Depression.

3. His Father is a Chartered Accountant and his job was also in deli-ma because the company in which his father was working was firing employees due to lesser profits.

Observations according to Vaastu

When I got scaled plans of Mr. Ajay's home, observations according to Vaastu Shastra are as follows.

1. Entrance was Ok. Not too bad. Entrance according to Vastu Analysis was creating a Religious bent of mind among the Family Members.

2. His Study Table was lying in EastSouthEast, the direction of Churning and Anxiety.

When one studies in this direction, he suffers from stress and anxiety. The same is the case with Mr. Ajay.

3. There was a Toilet in West direction, the direction of Gains.

West is also the direction of fulfillment. Imbalance in West direction causes failures at last stages of projects. Like you start something, everything goes smooth but at last, it gets cancelled.

4. Dry Flowers, received as gift from someone, were kept in WestNorthWest from some time, the direction of Depression because of which Mr. Ajay was suffering and his dad too came into it because of Job Insecurity.

5. NorthWest direction was full of Clutter. NorthWest direction is solely responsible for Government Connections or the Government Job he was looking for.

6. Kitchen is in SouthEast but Black Marbel in the kitchen was creating an Imbalance.

Now, The Solutions

1. Green Mat on the Entrance.

2. Study Table was shifted to WestSouthWest, the direction of Education, Vidya Abhyaas as per Vastu Shastra.

3. The Western Toilet was treated with Metal Strip.
West Direction, as I said earlier is also for wish fulfillment. If one wants to communicate with the space, he can do so with the help of West direction. I told Mr. Ajay to do the same.

"Mr. Ajay is now a Government Employee."

This was pasted on the Western Wall.

4. Dry Flowers were removed from Home.

5. North West direction was cleared and all the clutter was removed from there. A pair of White Horses was placed in NorthWest.

6. Green Slab was placed under Gas Stove in the Kitchen.

7. Ashoka Pillar was placed in North for attracting a Govt. Job.

Results

Mr. Ajay completed all these simple Vastu Remedies in 4-5 days. As soon as the vastu solutions and remedies got implemented, his and his Father's Depression was gone and a new zeal arose in them.

Mr. Ajay's Father's Job got secured by the company and his agreement got renewed.

"Mr. Ajay is now a Government Employee."

Vaastu Case - Business Sales Boost and Focus Improved

Dear Readers, this case is of a Showroom selling Hero Bikes. The owner, Mr. Mittal, of the showroom is a childhood friend.

We were having a conversation on the project and Mr. Mittal dictated his problems He was facing. Previously, it was a square plot and things were working fine. As soon as Mr. Mittal extended a portion on the Northern side of the showroom with some other changes, he started facing problems.

He also stated that much changes are not possible as we have to implement the designs provided by the company Hero Moto Corp with theie layout and color schemes.

Problems

1. Sales were not as much as expected.

2. Business Growth was not upto the mark.

3. The staff was lazy and could not perform well while handling the clients.

4. Mr. Mittal could not give his full time to the showroom.

5. Expenditure was very high.

In addition to Bike Sales, the showroom is also having its workshop which also serves as a source of income. The income generated from servicing and spare parts was also not upto the mark.

Observations

1. Northern part extended that created an imbalance in having new opportunities.

2. North, NorthNorthWest, North West and WestNorthWest was having a textured wall of Orange color which was hampering New Opportunities, Customer's Attraction and Laziness.

3. A Green Shed was there in South South West, the Direction of Disposal, South West, the Direction of Skills and West South West, the Direction of Savings.

4. A wall from East to South was having Service Stations and was painted in Dark Blue as per the company's color schemes.
5. Due to renovation work, a room in East was filled with Junk and Unused items.

Treatments

While planning the treatments, I asked Mr. Mittal, up to what extent He can do the remedies. He stated that we'll do all the changes because the company inspect the showroom once in an year and this year's inspection has already been done. I was happy with his confidence and started working on his plans.

1. The extended North was treated with a Green Strip.

2. Orange color changed to Offwhite.

3. Green Shed was painted in Offwhite Color.

4. Blue color was changed to Green.

5. Eastern Room was cleared and all waste removed.

6. A Red Bulb was added in SouthEast due to Low Strength in Bar Chart.

7. A Green Scene was Placed in North.

Results

The first change that he did was adding a Red Bulb and Green Strip. The feedback that he gave after that was, improvement in Staff, payments got faster and Mr. Mittal was more active at the showroom giving full time to it.

After he completed all the changes, sales improved to nearly 40% and is continuously increasing.

The Expenditure was reduced and now, Mr. Mittal is amazed where he was spending that money which is now his savings.

Vastu Remedies Changed Written Destiny and Marriage Happened.

Dear Readers, Blessings to you and your well wishers. This case study is of my closest friend, we use to call each other Chaddi-Buddies.

My friend is a strong believer of Astrology and he do each and every task of his life after consulting his family Astrologer.

We meet each other very often. One evening, in November 2013, he came to me and I found him a little depressed. I wanted to ask him the reason for his depression but we got indulged in some other chats.

After a little while, I asked him, What happen Bro? You seem to be a little depressed. He said, nothing yaar, My Dad took me to our Family Astrologer today for the prediction of my marriage.

I asked him what the Astrologer said about his marriage?

He, in a depressing tone, told me that, I cant be able to get married for the next 2 years.

I asked him, why are you so desperate to get married? what's the reason behind that?

He told me that, He, His Brother and His Father leave home everyday at 10 a.m. for office and His Mother stays at Home all alone for the whole day. She too needs a companion as she stays a little unfit due to the age factor.

His reason was genuine. I asked him, do you believe in Vaastu Shastra? He said, Bro, I don't know about Vastu but I believe in you. If there is anything you can do, go for it.

With a smile, I said, Congratulations Bro, you are going to get married very soon.

The very next day, the processing of his Vastu Consultation started and a draftsman was appointed to draft to-the-scale plans of his home.

When I received the plans, I saw that there was a Toilet in SouthWest, the direction of Relationships commonly known as Pitra Sthan, on the Ground Floor.

On the First Floor, there was a Big Fountain on the SouthWestern Wall, with Green Trees and Brown Hills.

The Friend was sleeping in WestNorthWest, the direction of Depression.

I treated the Toilet on the Ground Floor with Metal Strip.

The Fountain on the First Floor was covered with Yellow Curtain.

A Pair of Love Birds was kept in SouthWest.

I shifted the Bedroom of my friend to EastNorthEast, the direction of Joy and Happiness.

Just 3 things were done at his home and the changes got completed in 3-4 days.

After 15 days, He came to me and said, Bro, I visited another well-known Astrologer today and he also said that I'll do whatever you'll say if you'll get married before two years.

On the 17th day, I called him at 8 p.m. but he didn't picked my call. I again called him at 9 but he did not picked.

At 11 p.m., he called me and said, Bhai Roka Ceremony is in February and Marriage is in May.

It was a beautiful moment for me and another success.

Vastu Case Study - Friend got Married and His Mother Won Over Depression

Dear Readers, In this post, I am going to share the vastu case of one of my close friend and also would like to share How merely changing the signature of an individual, How Life can be changed.

My Friend's mother was suffering from severe Depression. She used to visit her Doctor twice a week for the treatment.

My Friends asked me one day, Yaar, Do you have anything in Vastu that can help my mother to come out of this depression problem. I asked him the reasons for it. He said, nobody in my house knows about the reasons of my mother's depression.

He said, I think she is worried about my marriage. We all are working and we left home in the morning. She stays at home alone with the burdens of all the daily routine tasks. She needs someone to stay with her.

I told my friend that why don't you get married then. He told me that his parents are looking for it but whenever they find a suitable match, things wont get finalized.

I asked him again, My Dear, What do you want me to do? Should I work for you to get married or Should I work on your Mother's Depression problem?

He said, Bhai, I just want my mother to be OK and Happy.

His work got started and he appointed a draftsman for making his to-the-scale home plans.

We met the next evening and He told me that he will get the scaled plans by tomorrow. I said ok and we started our chit chat.

He asked me, Yaar tell me one thing. You only treat things with Vastu Shastra. I asked him, what do you want to say? He said, I have heard about Feng Shui, Astrology, Numerology, etc. Do you know something about it?

Something clicked in to my mind. I asked my friend the name of his mother. He told me the name. I signed with my friend's mother's name on a piece of paper and asked my friend whether his mom's signature matches with it a little bit.

At that point of time, He got goosebumps all over his body and he was looking straight in to my eyes, Stunned. He said, How can you do this Bro? My mom's signatures are like that only. She is the signing authority in my Father's business. He took out a cheque from his wallet which was signed by his mother and the signatures were 90% matching.

The other day, I met Aunty and told her to change her signatures with the one that I have modified for her. I told Aunty to sign at least 100 times in a day whenever she gets time.

The signature change was done and I got the plans of his Home.

After studying the Home plans, I found the presence of Green Color in WestNorthWest, the zone of Depression and Low Moods, which was the reason for the depression of my friend's mother.
There was a Green Planter in West, because of which, Friend's Marriage was not getting finalized.

The Planter was removed and Green Color was changed to White.

A picture of Pair of Love Birds was also hanged in SouthWest.

With Immense Happiness, In just 30 days, Aunty Ji is not going to the Doctor any more and my Friend is now married. :)

Vastu Case Study - Marriage got happened in just 28 days.

This Vastu Case Study is one of my client whose marriage was not happening. She is a Teacher, well educated, beautiful, belongs to a good reputed family, sweet and innocent, a complete family girl.

She completed her post graduation at the age of 23 and joined as an English teacher. When she completed her 24th year, her parents started looking a good match to settle their daughter.

Whenever they find an appropriate match for their daughter, everything goes smooth, the meetings happen, families are ok but at the end, the other family refuse the girl. This happens due to various reasons. Sometimes due to mismatching of their Janam Patris, sometimes due to differences in the customs and traditions of both the families, etc.

Four years have been passed and she turned 28, and unmarried. The girl was very upset from all these things. There was nothing wrong in her but she and her parents could not understand why all these things were happening since 4 years.

She approached me with her Home Plans and discussed all the problems with me in detail. She told me, she is so upset from her life and from her parent's part as well that she has started accepting those marriage offers which she don't like but then also, things are not happening.

I studied her Home Plans and there was 100% matching of the symptoms that were creating problems in her Life.

The Imbalances that I found were -

So many God Idols were lying in SouthSouthWest, the direction of Disposal and Wastage.
They have their Staircase in SouthWest, the direction of Relationships and there were Green Plants in that direction which was disallowing marriage.
Kitchen was in SouthEast but the Granite used under the Gas Stove was Black in Color.
The Girl read somewhere that Marriageable Girls should sleep in NorthNorthWest direction and started sleeping over there. NNW is the direction of Sex and Attraction because of which, the girl was ready to accept any sort of offer.

Treatments that I gave -

All the God Idols were shifted to EastNorthEast, the direction of Recreation.
Green Plants were removed from SouthWest Direction.
Placed Green Marble under the Gas Stove in Kitchen.
The Girl was shifted to NorthWest, the direction of Support, so that her Family should support her in each and every domain of her Life.

Apart from balancing the above mentioned Imbalances, I placed a picture of Pair of Love Birds in SouthWest and a Village Scene in West direction.

As the changes were very simple, She completed everything in just 2 days.

After 25 days of completing the changes, the Girl messaged me on my watsapp and it says, "Abhishek Ji, my shadi ki date has been finalized and guess what, I got what I wanted. I met a guy earlier and both the families were ok with each other. I liked the guy and He liked me as well but at the end, they refused due to xyz reason. But yesterday, they called us and said that they are now ready for the marriage. I am so happy, thank you so much."

Vastu Changes Helps Win Court Cases - Parents Sees His Son after 6 Years

In this Post, I am going to share a Vastu Case Study which is really close to my Heart. This Vaastu Case Study is of a client from California who came to me for resolving her Husband's problems. She is the second wife and her husband was divorced earlier.

The people involved in this Vastu Case Study are a Son, His Parents, Son's First Wife and Son's Second Wife who is my Client as well.

The Son went to California for completing his M.B.B.S training and there He met an NRI girl. They married each other and after 3 years, went for a divorce due to some uncontrollable circumstances.

The Son is also from India and his parents were staying in India only. When the process of Divorce was happening, the first wife applied Court Cases on her husband in California and she also applied Court Cases related to Dowry on her Husband's Parents as well who were staying in India.

Because of these Court Cases, the Parents cannot travel to California to see his Son and the Son also cannot travel to India to see his Parents. Its been six years that all these things were happening in their Life and the Son and the Parents haven't seen each other.

Apart from all these things, the Son cannot concentrate on his Studies as well. He was earning from some Free Lancing Business and all the money that he earn got wasted in Court Cases and other related issues.

After going for divorce from the first wife, the Son went for his second marriage. The second wife approached me for having Vastu Solutions for all these problems.

After studying their Home Plans as per Vastu, I found out all the symptoms that were creating problems in their Life.

The Entrance was S1 which was giving Negative Effects on the Son.

There were Green Plants in the SouthWest Direction which was the major reason for all these problems as South West Direction governs Relationships.

The office table of the Son was lying in the direction of Wastage and Disposal, SouthSouthWest and all the documents related to Court Cases that they were fighting in California and India as well were also kept there.

A Painting of Green Plants was also hanged in North West direction which was creating an Imbalance there and due to which, the Court Cases were lingering on from 6 years.

They have their garage in SouthEast and all the waste and unused items were kept there. Some Silver Rods were also kept there and the fittings of the Garage Gate were also Metallic and Silver in color. SouthEast direction was also extended as per the study of Bar Chart and Zonal Energies.

There was 100% matching of the symptoms with respect to their problems. The treatments that I gave were as follows.

The S1 Entrance was treated with Metal Strip.

Green Plants were removed from SouthWest and a Painting of Love Birds was also kept there.

The Son's office table moved to West and the documents related to Court Cases were kept in NorthWest.

Green Scene removed from North West.

All the Silver Rods were removed from SouthEast and the fittings were painted Yellow. Waste and Unused items were removed from the Garage and a Yellow Mat was also placed in SouthEast to balance the extended part of it.

The client took 15 days to complete all these changes. On the 25th day, my client called to inform me that they had won the cases that they were fighting in India and the California Court also allowed their parents to travel to California. Their parents were now sitting in their Home.

She also added, their Lawyers told them that suddenly, things are now turned in their Favor and will settle soon.

In about 45 days, all the cases were settled and things went on smoothly.

Vastu Shastra - The Lunch Box Factory

This is a Vastu Case Study of a Factory which is into the manufacturing of Lunch Boxes and its internal Plastic Food Containers.

The client is a Family friend who is running this Factory. He was performing very well in his business and he has a good name in his market.

We bought some Lunch Boxes from them for gifting purpose and we also started using their Lunch Boxes personally as well. I was also using the same Lunch Box for carrying my Lunch to the office.

Due to heavy work loads, I always get late for Lunch. The average time at which my mother packs the Lunch for me is about 9 a.m. And the average time at which I open it in the office is between 3-4 p.m.

There were many times I found that the food packed in it has been spoiled and is not good to eat. I used to throw the entire contents of my Lunch Box and I had to order my food from outside which was an irritating thing for me.

I gifted the same Lunch Box to one of my close friend. He also called me and told me the same thing that the Lunch Box that I had gifted him is not good. He also asked me that why is it happening because the Lunch Box is of a good brand. He asked me whether I got cheated by the shopkeeper by delivering some low quality stuff in the name of a good brand.

I told my friend about my relations with the owner of that Branded Lunch Boxes. My friend, in a very casual way, told me to check the Vastu of the Factory in which the Lunch Boxes were made. But that casual talk became serious for me. I was curious to know the reasons behind this happening.

I called my Uncle, the Factory Owner and discussed the complete scenario with him. He was depressed to hear that and told me that he was getting the same kind of complaints from many of his vendors. He asked me, if I can provide him any solutions in Vastu. He sent me the plans of his Factory. I studied them and discussed about the complete working of the Factory with the client.

Everything seems good to me while studying the Factory Plans. The Entrance was good, color combinations were Ok, the machinery was placed in proper locations as per Vastu, all good.

I visited the factory to find out the root cause of the problems. On my site visit, I told my client to take me to a particular area of that big factory, which is the EastNorthEast Direction. EastNorthEast lies between NorthEast and East and it governs Freshness, Recreation and Rejuvenation in a particular space.

Answers to all the questions that were popping in my head were lying there in the form of all the scrap material and waste items of the Factory. I asked the client about it. He told me that we have started collecting scrap and wastage in this area from past 6 months only which was also the same period in which the rejections boost up.

I told him to clear that area completely and also placed a scenery of Fresh Flowers choosing some specific color of Flowers there.

After 15 days of implementing the changes, the next lot that they created was free from rejections and there were no complaints in that lot. The other lots created after the treatments were also good and went without any Rejections and Complaints.
