Dear Readers, this case is of a Showroom selling Hero Bikes. The owner, Mr. Mittal, of the showroom is a childhood friend.
We were having a conversation on the project and Mr. Mittal dictated his problems He was facing. Previously, it was a square plot and things were working fine. As soon as Mr. Mittal extended a portion on the Northern side of the showroom with some other changes, he started facing problems.
He also stated that much changes are not possible as we have to implement the designs provided by the company Hero Moto Corp with theie layout and color schemes.
Problems
1. Sales were not as much as expected.
2. Business Growth was not upto the mark.
3. The staff was lazy and could not perform well while handling the clients.
4. Mr. Mittal could not give his full time to the showroom.
5. Expenditure was very high.
In addition to Bike Sales, the showroom is also having its workshop which also serves as a source of income. The income generated from servicing and spare parts was also not upto the mark.
Observations
1. Northern part extended that created an imbalance in having new opportunities.
2. North, NorthNorthWest, North West and WestNorthWest was having a textured wall of Orange color which was hampering New Opportunities, Customer's Attraction and Laziness.
3. A Green Shed was there in South South West, the Direction of Disposal, South West, the Direction of Skills and West South West, the Direction of Savings.
4. A wall from East to South was having Service Stations and was painted in Dark Blue as per the company's color schemes.
5. Due to renovation work, a room in East was filled with Junk and Unused items.
Treatments
While planning the treatments, I asked Mr. Mittal, up to what extent He can do the remedies. He stated that we'll do all the changes because the company inspect the showroom once in an year and this year's inspection has already been done. I was happy with his confidence and started working on his plans.
1. The extended North was treated with a Green Strip.
5. Due to renovation work, a room in East was filled with Junk and Unused items.
Treatments

3. Green Shed was painted in Offwhite Color.
4. Blue color was changed to Green.
5. Eastern Room was cleared and all waste removed.
6. A Red Bulb was added in SouthEast due to Low Strength in Bar Chart.
7. A Green Scene was Placed in North.
Results
The first change that he did was adding a Red Bulb and Green Strip. The feedback that he gave after that was, improvement in Staff, payments got faster and Mr. Mittal was more active at the showroom giving full time to it.
After he completed all the changes, sales improved to nearly 40% and is continuously increasing.
The Expenditure was reduced and now, Mr. Mittal is amazed where he was spending that money which is now his savings.
