Vastu Shastra - T-Point or Road Hit Properties can be Dangerous

Dear Readers, In this Blog, I'll be guiding you about the T-Point or Road Hit properties. If you are buying a New Home or Office, you should definitely consider about the Road Hits or T-Junction Properties.

Road Hits play a significant role in Vastu Shastra. They may have positive and negative effects in the Life of Individuals who are residing in Road Hit Properties. So, at the time of buying New Properties or at the time of doing Vastu Evaluation of existing properties, we always take Road Hits into serious consideration.

There is a general belief that T-Junction houses are not auspicious for living and working in. This is also a reason why T-Junction houses are easily available for the buyers and the re-sellers doesn't always get a good price for their properties.

However, there are certain properties which are located at T-Junctions and are very much auspicious for the people residing in them or using them for their Work.

Let me show you a Road Hit or T-Junction property with the help of Image below -

Now, if you have a look at the above image, you will see a Green Circle, which is the area affected by a Road Hit. This Road Hit is from the Southern Side or to be precise, the hit is from the SouthSouthWest Direction. 

People living in these kind of properties will face severe problems throughout their lives like wasteful expenditure, heavy cash crunch, health problems, non-fulfillment of their desires, etc.

Whereas some properties having Road Hits from North, North-East or East Direction prove highly profitable for their users.

For example, a Road Hit from North-East direction gives political powers to its users. You can take example of Indian Parliament House or Buckingham Palace. They both have a Road in line with the building from North East direction.

It has also been observed that houses located at a South-East T-Junction are highly fruitful for Doctors and  those which are located at West Side T-Junction are highly fruitful for Business Consultants if all the other directions and the entrances are balanced as per Vastu Shastra.

However, it is always advisable to avoid T-Junction properties for Home as well as Office, still we can treat them with the help of Metal Strips and other Vastu Treatments.

  1. Hello sir, my house is having T section joint at North East. This place is empty. I have left some space and constructed main entrance facing North East direction. Does it has any effects?

  2. Hello sir I have purchased a plot for house construction having T Point road of 17 feetwidth hitting at southeast direction in a colony ..It is approximate 100 feet long road ending at horizontal road of colony.. Should I go ahead for construction ..plese advice

  4. Hi,
    I am planning to buy a east faced house which i found a road hit in south east corner. The road starts from east to west(20feet) hits southeast corner (10feet)of my plot as well as the north east corner(10feet) of my neighbour plot which faced north. Kindly suggest me remedy to overcome this situation. Thanks in advance.

    1. Road Hits are critical and it is advisable to go for proper analysis before buying that property. You need to send proper layout of the house (outer boundary for now) and its google location on vastuabhishek@gmail.com

  5. Sir my house is south west facing
    It has a drive way on.the east,so the entrance to the building is on the east
    But there is a small colony road with very little traffic which hits half of the west and south west portion
    Can I buy the plot
